Isabella Alveberg takes part in talk about technology in design and construction at PropTech Connect
PropTech Connect Middle East gathers more than 3,000 global real estate executives, investors, technologists, and innovators in Dubai this February. The event centers on the increasingly urgent dialogue around technology’s real impact on the built environment. It will spotlight how data, AI, and advanced digital tools are transforming real estate development, investment strategies, and long‑term urban planning.
Snøhetta’s Group CEO, Isabella Alveberg, will join an expert panel to explore the opportunities and challenges technology presents in shaping the future of design, construction, and real estate. The discussion will address key questions, including:
- Where the industry stands today
- How digitalization and sustainability are influencing cost, speed, and quality
- How technology meaningfully supports sustainability
- How to embrace technology without losing the human touch
Snøhetta’s perspective is clear: when used responsibly, technology can advance sustainability, creativity, and efficiency, but it should always serve as an extension of human creativity, never a replacement for it.
Other confirmed panelists:
- Arjan Pit – Managing Director MEA, UNStudio
- Amir Shurafa – Head of Design, Danube Properties
- Mohammad Hidayath Ali Ghazi – Head of Sustainability, Alpin
- Troy Gillham – CEO, Warrior Group
Isabella Alveberg, Group CEO Snøhetta, will take part in a panel discussion at PropTech Connect in Abu Dhabi on the 5th of February.
