Patrick Lüth gives lecture at BDA lecture series
On curiosity and innovation
Patrick Lüth, Partner and Managing Director of the Innsbruck Studio, will kick of the BDA autumn lecture series ‘Architecture + Building Culture 2025’. The BDA (Bund Deutscher Architekten) invites influential architects who stand for bold concepts, regional roots and international perspectives to report on their work but also reflecting on curiosity, performance and responsibility.
In his talk ‘On curiosity and innovation. How an international architectural firm operates regionally’, Patick will share insights how to anchor an international office in a regional context and pursue a regional perspective without losing sight of its international roots.
He will present Snøhetta's most notable “classic” projects, including the new Library of Alexandria in Egypt or the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet as well as projects realized in Tyrol such as the Swarovski Manufaktur (top image), the Path of Perspectives in Innsbruck and the Alpbach viewing tower (bottom image).
The lecture will be held in German.
