La Nube wins Children in Museums International Award

La Nube STEAM Discovery Center has won​ the internationally renowned Hands On! Children in Museums Award 2025 – one of the highest honors in the realm of children's museums! The El Paso icon was the only American institution represented in this year's finalists and now joins Philadelphia's Please Touch Museum and the Boston Children's Museum as the only U.S. museums to have been honored with this award.

Snøhetta is privileged to be part of the La Nube team, which is dedicated to world-class STEAM learning, cultural representation, and barrier-free discovery for all communities across one of the largest binational border regions in the United States. We join in congratulating the El Paso community on this historic achievement and look forward to La Nube's continuation of an already inspiring legacy.

La Nube STEAM Discovery Center ha ganado el internacionalmente reconocido premio "Hands On! Children in Museums Award 2025", ¡uno de los más altos honores en el ámbito de los museos infantiles! El icono de El Paso fue la única institución estadounidense representada entre los finalistas de este año y ahora se une al Please Touch Museum de Filadelfia y al Boston Children's Museum como los únicos museos de EE. UU. que han sido galardonados con este premio.
